The Gelato 33 Strain is a wonderful hybrid plant from the clones "Sunset Sherbet" and "Thin Mint Girl Scout Cookies. There are a wide range of phenotypes of this Gelato strain and it is not easy to say which is the best. Gelato 33 strain goes back to the original clone (Larry Bird). It is a uniformly growing hybrid plant with thick, compact and extremely resinous flowers, which is reminiscent of Girl Scout cookies with occasional purple tones. Low night temperatures of 55-59°F are necessary to really "purple" the plant. It is sufficient to lower the temperature for three to five nights. During the day, normal temperatures of 72-82°F are required for this Gelato strain plant to develop further.
 
Extremely high THC content of  21-25% 
The Gelato 33 strain flowers in nine to ten weeks, depending on the conditions, and develops beautiful orange pistils. Its flowers smell fruity, slightly lemony and produce well over 20% THC.
